Milton Keynes Theatre & Gallery Company is governed by a voluntary board.

At its AGM on 13th November 2008 the Board elected a new Chairman. Urban Planner and Partner at David Lock Associates, Will Cousins, took over from retiring Chairman, Roy Nevitt. Will has been a member of the MKTGC Board since 2004 and was Chairman of the company's Gallery Committee from 2007 until its disbandment in June 2008.

For more information on all MKTGC's current Board members please see the relevant section of the website.

MKTGC delivers its artistic programme through a gallery team, headed by a Gallery Director; and through a management agreement with the Ambassador Theatre Group, whose theatre team is headed by a Chief Executive. Through its board MKTGC contributes to the community of Milton Keynes.

The Theatre and Gallery complex opened in October 1999. Since then Milton Keynes Theatre has become the most successful Theatre outside London and Milton Keynes Gallery has developed a national reputation for its international exhibition programme.
